Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy IS 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we do not offer a refund. We will offer an exchange or store credit up to 30 days after delivery if the product arrives damaged and sufficient evidence is received by that time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These exceptions are at the discretion of Wearables by Fit Life.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time, first check with your banking institution. It may take some time before your refund posts due to variation in processing times before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@wearablesbyFitLife.com.

Shipping returns

A shipping address will be provided to return your product.

You will be responsible for paying the costs for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is also recommended to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on your geographical location, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
